2. What Data We Collect

When you use Vaga, we collect:

  • Account information — your name and email address
  • Usage data — class bookings, attendance history, and workout records
  • Device information — device type and operating system, used to deliver push notifications

3. Why We Collect It

We use your data solely to provide the Vaga service:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Enable class booking and waitlist management
  • Send push notifications about your bookings, class reminders, and waitlist updates

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Who We Share It With

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure). No other third parties have access to your personal data.

5. Push Notifications

With your permission, Vaga sends push notifications related to your bookings and class schedule. You can withdraw consent at any time in your device's notification settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@vaga.fit.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user in the European Union, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Request a portable copy of your data

8. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an encrypted database. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information.

9. Children

Vaga is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
